I am writing to you today regarding Mr. Noh, with whom I have the interaction as his treating psychiatrist. Mr. Noh has been receiving psychiatric care and case management through the Step Up organization. I have prescribed Mr. Noh the medication, diazepam, for worsening anxiety.
