 J ust to be clear, I am detailing my side of story:  99.9% of our communications were done via TEXTINGS WITH PHOTO EVIDENCES. THEREFORE,  THEY CAN'T LIE AS THEY HAVE BEEN ! ("Deny-All" Landlord vs Smart Asshole Tenant) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. I moved in april 15th,2021 to 4 building apt complex, I live in 330 s mariposa,and apt manager lives 360 s mariposa. 2.Immediately I had experienced Unpleasant Loud Music Blast from everywhere,.   The law says:  Yes!  Fair housing laws apply to prospective tenants as well as current tenants,  so, l andlords must grant reasonable accommodation requests for applicants with disabilities when necessary.   A reasonable accommodation is a change in rules, policies, practices, or procedures needed by a person with a disability to fully enjoy or use a dwelling.  An accommodation is reasonable if it is necessary due to the disability, does not impose an undue burden or fundamentally change the landlord’s business, and does not pose a direct threat to people or property.
