4/15/2021: I moved into this apt(subsidized by stepup.org,and brilliantcorner.org) who pays my rent of $1500/m and my utilities, in exchange of Mandated Mental Health Care and Mandated Monitoring by Case Manager.

Problem lists at current location:

1. my upstairs stomps on my ceiling constantly ,day or night and plays loud music

2. my next door across a hallway plays Loud Music all the time.

I have contacted apt manager on numerous occasions but she blocked my textings and won't return my phone calls

so, one day, I knocked apt #2( my next door)  while they were playing loud music

and when the door was opened, I started video-taping to show to the reluctant apt manager who told me her main job is TO COLLECT RENT. not  curinge my complaints, she called police insanely and detective told her that was 911 call abuse. no merit !

I have not done anything wrong, no criminal threat,no nuisance etc

however, my un-trained apt manager called 911 again and again, only in vain

and visited me by terroizing my door.

for no good reason other than texting for my complaints to be lodged and sent.

I have gone through LA city atty's mediation on that my apt manager and i agreed to the city atty's recommendation:

INSTALL A CARPET BACK ON MY UPSTAIRS!!

Apt manager is refusing to follow through citing my upstairs unit is refusing carpet installation etc

I filed a small claim under "not accomodating my Insomnia Disability and intentional inflict of emotional distress(apt manager released my ID when I filed complaints against multiple tenants who came to me with criminal threats and following up with theft at my door steps, I have all LAPD crime reported.
