  1. Jan 17,2022(9PM):  330 Mariposa ,Back Entrance got blocked by an illegally parked car: citation issued !  & Apt Manager was warned with Dog Poops on our Front Yard. Called LAC Environmental Health Agency(Jan 12,2022)
  2. Apt Manager Textings: "you are not allowed to have CCTV inside your room, you can't have a roommate,and there is no parking for your unit"
  3. Jan 12,2022 : 350 Mariposa Yellow Stripe Zone was blocked by an illegally parked car: citation issued.

 J ust to be clear, I am detailing my side of story:  99.9% of our communications were done via TEXTINGS WITH PHOTO EVIDENCES. THEREFORE,  THEY CAN'T LIE AS THEY HAVE BEEN ! Accomodating a disabled tenant's needs:CHRONIC SLEEP DEPRIVATION DUE TO LOUD NOISE NUISANCES !

  The law says:  Yes!  Fair housing laws apply to prospective tenants as well as current tenants,  so, l andlords must grant reasonable accommodation requests for applicants with disabilities when necessary.   A reasonable accommodation is a change in rules, policies, practices, or procedures needed by a person with a disability to fully enjoy or use a dwelling.  An accommodation is reasonable if it is necessary due to the disability, does not impose an undue burden or fundamentally change the landlord’s business, and does not pose a direct threat to people or property. CHRONIC SLEEP DEPRIVATION/INSOMNIA IS A DISABILITY !!
